Is not just caring and friendly but is a great GP. He is not afraid to admit he doesn't have a solution to your problems straight away and therefore it is evident a lot of thought goes into his treatment plan. I have known GPs that will try to fob you off with the generic and less effective treatment which does more harm than good as they ignore side effects. Dr.Austera is open to many theories as to why a patient experiences a problem and is not afraid to experiment to find out if an alternative treatment suits the individual best.

The most amazing Doctor I have ever spoken to. He has known me for a long time know, he knows I have a real phobia of Doctors but always listens and has been a calming effect on my life. Is nothing but sympathetic to my and all my family needs. The best Family doctor who he and all his nursing staff deserve the best praise ever.

Excellent GP! So much better than the usual soulless GP. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help. Highly recommended.
